01data.controller
Richard Angapin, individual, operating under the trading name Limens. Contact for all data-related enquiries: richard@limens.to. Requests are handled within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 12.
02data.collected
The site uses Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. Vercel derives an approximate country from your IP address; the IP is not stored and no user identifier is retained. Page paths and referrers are collected anonymously.
The site has no contact form, newsletter signup, advertising pixel, session recording, or live chat. No account creation is possible on this site.
If you book a call via the "Book 15 minutes" button, that interaction is handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. Limens receives only the calendar invitation data you choose to provide.
03cookies
This site sets no cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies or client-side identifiers.
04legal.basis
Audience measurement via Vercel Analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f). Understanding traffic to a marketing site is a proportionate interest; the data is anonymous and aggregated, with minimal impact on visitors.
05retention
Aggregated analytics data (page views, country) is retained for 12 months on Vercel's EU infrastructure. No personal data is stored on Limens-controlled servers.
06third-party.processors
Two processors handle data in connection with this site. Vercel Inc. provides hosting and analytics; it receives your IP address to derive an approximate country, then discards it. Cal.com handles meeting scheduling if you book a call; it receives your name, email, and any details you enter at booking.
Limens does not sell, rent, or trade personal data with any third party.
07international.transfers
Vercel may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Cal.com processes data in the US under SCCs. No other cross-border transfers occur.
08your.rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of any personal data Limens holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, email richard@limens.to. Requests will be resolved within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence — for example the CNIL in France or the ICO in the UK.
09updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in data practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
