Signal-based outbound that gets replies before you hire sales.
You confirm the ICP. I build the system, run it for three months, and hand it over fully documented.
The problem.
Most founders try outbound before hiring sales and fail for reasons they can't diagnose.
You sent 300 cold emails. Four replies, all negative.
You spent more time tweaking copy than talking to customers, and still don't know whether the issue was targeting, timing, offer, or message.
Hired your first salesperson in month eight. Four months later: six meetings, two showed, none were a fit.
You concluded outbound didn't work. The real issue: the process was never solved before being handed off.
Outbound failed because there was nothing repeatable to hand off.
— that is what I build.
What I build.
By month three you have a working outbound system, documented decisions, and a clear next step. Keep me on it, hand it to your first sales hire, or operate it internally.
Find the signal.
Every ICP has two or three events that predict buying intent better than anything else. In week one I audit your closed-won accounts and identify which signals they share — a leadership change, a funding round, a stack migration. Those become the triggers. If we can't agree on the signals, the engagement doesn't start.
Build and run the sequence.
Three outbound angles written specifically for your buyers. By week four you stop guessing which message your market responds to. Sending runs through dedicated infrastructure — dedicated domains, warmup, deliverability monitoring — so your primary domain stays protected.
Hand it over.
Replies route to you. You get weekly reporting and a documented record of what the market told us. The final month is documentation and handoff — every decision recorded, every workflow transferable. You own everything built: the account list, the sequences, the CRM configuration.
Who runs Limens.

"Outbound creates conversations. What happens after is on you."
I build outbound systems for B2B SaaS founders before the first sales hire.
Before this, 15 years in operations at PokerStars, Run It Once, ROI Hunter, and Quable.
Limens stays intentionally small. I am a Clay Bootcamp alumnus and Clay Automated Outbound certified, but the credentials matter less than having shipped this kind of system before.
I build every system myself and write every outbound sequence personally.
Launch rate.
Three months of direct work at launch pricing while the first case studies are being built.
€1,500 at signing · €1,000 at start of month two.
If month one doesn't ship as agreed, you exit and the deposit is returned.

Questions you are probably asking.
Why €2,500 when agencies charge €15k or more?
+Agencies charge for a team, a process, account management, and margin on top. I charge for one person who builds and runs the system directly. The price is lower because the structure is different — not because the work is.
What if the market doesn't respond?
+Week 6 is a documented checkpoint. Three outcomes are possible: scale what's working, retarget to a different segment, or stop. If the data says stop, I'll say so. The goal is a system that teaches you something real about your market — not one that keeps running regardless.
What if I want to exit early, or you don't deliver?
+End of month one is the exit window — no fee, deposit returned if month one didn't ship as agreed. After that the engagement runs to completion. If I miss a committed deliverable, we'll agree a remedy before month two begins. This is documented in the agreement.
Who is this not for?
+Founders who already have a sales team. Businesses without a clear ICP. Anyone who needs meetings guaranteed — outbound creates qualified conversations; what happens in those conversations is on you. And anyone who wants a vendor relationship rather than an operator relationship.
What happens after three months?
+Three options. You continue with me on a monthly basis (€2,000–€3,000/month, optional). You hand the system to your first sales hire — it's documented for exactly that. Or you operate it internally. The goal of the three months is that all three options are viable.
What does it cost to keep the system running after the pilot?
+Tool costs run approximately €400–€600/month depending on data volume (Clay, Instantly, Attio, enrichment). My continuation rate is €2,000–€3,000/month if you want me operating it. Infrastructure and sequences are yours regardless.
